Who Will Be Guiding You:
Misty: Misty is the founder of Trinity Light Alchemy, a creative and spiritual practice rooted in the belief that art is a portal for healing and self-discovery. As an intuitive energy portrait painter and certified Kundalini yoga teacher, she weaves together sacred intention, color, and creative flow to help others access their inner wisdom. Tonight, Misty will guide you through an intuitive watercolor experience — no artistic background needed, just an open heart and a willingness to let your energy speak through the brush.
Caroline: Guided by love, compassion, and understanding, I create space for people to reconnect with themselves. I am not here to tell people who they are or what path they should take. I am here to walk beside them while they learn to trust their own inner voice again. Sometimes people already know what they need, they just need someone safe enough to help them hear it.
I listen deeply. I ask questions gently. I believe healing often begins the moment someone feels truly seen. I am still learning, still searching, still becoming.
Maybe you are too.
Ryder: Ryder is a heart-centered teacher who integrates multiple disciplines as she guides students through the breath and back home to their center. She enjoys guiding restorative and yin style yoga classes, as well as sharing the magic of sound with those around her. With an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience, Ryder blends her knowledge of neurophysiology with yogic philosophy to provide a modern take on mindful movement and holistic living. As the founder of Retreatment, it is Ryder’s mission to create environments that encourage us humans to drop more deeply into the breath, allowing each person to embark on a Journey Back Home To Self.
