• Select "ticket type" for your designated area. (General, Blue Spot, or Red Spot)
• Use your brand name promo code provided via email.
• Select your desired space in your designated area. (Spaces are first come first serve. Once you select your spot, you can not change it.)
• You will receive a confirmation once your spot reservation is complete.

The pop up event will be open to the public on Saturday, November 23rd from 12pm to 7pm. We will have allotted time slots for vendors to set up. The time slots will be assigned by section. If you do not make your assigned call time, you will not be allowed to set up. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

There will be vendor check in upon arrival. Please remember that no weapons or firearms will be tolerated. Security will be checking EVERYONE who enters the building, including vendors. No exceptions.

Vendors are allowed 2 “assistants” per table. There should be no more than 3 - 4 people MAX per vendor check in. For example: If your brand has multiple owners, you cannot bring anyone else in addition for set up.

All vendors will have wristbands upon check in.

PLEASE HAVE ALL BRAND OWNERS & HELPERS PRESENT AT TIME OF CHECK IN.

There will be no in and out once the event starts, unless you are the primary vendor, otherwise you will have to wait in line as everyone else, including your helpers. If you are not a curator (Na’im or Hova) you CANNOT pull your friends of line to skip. Security will not let that happen. No exceptions.

Once you have been checked in. Someone from the OTS team will take you to your reserved area. Please bring your own tables and chairs. You can bring posters, backdrops, rugs, etc. Remember you CAN NOT take up more space than the size of your designated area. Please keep that in mind when registering and reserving your space. There will be no exceptions.

We will do walk through to ensure that all vendors are set up within respectful parameters.

There is parking available across the street as well as surrounding the venue. You can pull your vehicles BEHIND the building to the unloading area for easier set up. Vendors are NOT authorized to park inside/behind the building during the event.

Per usual, the turn out is expected to be crazy! We can’t wait to see everyone’s brands there.
