Sports governance in Scotland is evolving, and the next generation of leaders have a real opportunity to shape its future. But stepping into the boardroom can feel daunting, with barriers around confidence, representation, and knowing where to start.
Young Professionals on Sports Boards is a hybrid event designed to demystify sports governance and inspire young professionals to take their first steps into leadership roles. Hosted at Harper Macleod, the discussion will explore how skills from law and other sectors can add real value in sport, while showcasing the journeys of those who have already made the leap.
