You are invited to make art! September's 3rd Friday WeCoOn September 19, 6:00 to 7:45, we will be doing hand-carved block prints. We are not carving lino; instead, we are using a very soft, easy-to-carve "block," so if you have arthritis or or something similar, you shouldn't have a problem.
Participants will carve small blocks to print and take home. People tend to find this meditative, where time flies by.
Bring your own materials or use ours (suggested donation of $5 helps cover supplies if you don't bring your own).
Because of carving involved, this event is best for adults or teens 15+. Minors must be with parent/guardian 100% of the time.
The event room is 100% handicap accessible, and restrooms are on same level (no stairs). Enter from the door on the large lot behind the church - this is where the indoor ramp is located.
