🌊✨ Ommm for the Ocean Series is here! 🌊✨ We’re super excited to announce something we’ve been working on 🪩Yoga for a Cause at Disko 🍋We’re kicking off this initiative with our Ommm for the Ocean Summer Series — a 3-month community series celebrating sea life through education + movement with more events to come.

Each ticket includes a unique sticker, and limited-edition family portrait t-shirts will be available on-site (proceeds support the month’s nonprofit). Be sure to bring your yoga mat, water, sunglasses, sunscreen. We will meet at the pier.

Bayview Park has had multiple manatee sightings — perfect timing to celebrate Monica!
Join Briana (Pensacola native and owner of Disko) & Emily (Disko teacher currently working in marine conservation efforts) for a special yoga class + marine conservation education event focused on manatees. Awareness is key! Together we are super excited to share and move with you as we all come together to support our coast and the marine life that share it with us. 👯♀️
Panhandle Manatee will be joining us at Bayview! 🦭
They’re setting up a table with all their educational materials and volunteer info just for our event. Come learn about these gentle giants, chat with the team, and find out how you can get involved!
May proceeds benefit the Panhandle Manatee Program through PPBEP — supporting local education, tracking, and protection of Pensacola Bay manatees.
Minimum donation: $15 per ticket via the sign-up link in our Instagram bio.
