Omakase Dinner at the Blu Oyster Sushi Bar

Join us at Blu Oyster for this exclusive Omakase dinner crafted by Chef Hunter at our Sushi Bar! What is Omakase? It's a traditional Japanese dinner that means "I'll leave it up to you." We will be providing a 6 Course Sushi Dinner, talked and walked through at our Sushi Bar, along with an optional Sake Pairing add-on.

The first 5 courses will include special creations by Chef Hunter, unique and not on our regular menu, the 6th course will be a themed dessert by Pastry Chef Tori.
