This four-day retreat will incorporate Hatha and Dru Yoga, Restorative Yoga, traditional seated Meditation with Mudras & Breathwork, and the sleep-based meditation, known as Yoga Nidra. I will also be bringing my Crystal Bowls and percussion for an evening of Sound Healing. You will be invited to Journal on what comes up in the meditation practices and we will also go on a silent Mindfulness walk by the lake with time to sit and meditate with just the sounds of nature to soothe and stimulate the senses.
