AIM for Seva is delighted to present Om Namo Narayanaya (Agre Pasyami), an enthralling classical dance ballet on Narayaniyam of Bhattatiri. “Agre Pasyami” translates to “as I see in front of me,” which is an exposition of Bhattatiri’s experience with Sri Krishna.
With dance movements in Bharatanatyam, Mohiniyāttam and Krishnāttam Kali, the costumes promise to be a visual treat. The music has been set in over 40 ragas with over 10 musicians of high repute contributing. Besides Sanskrit, lyrics in Malayalam, Tamizh, Kannada, Telugu and Marathi have been chosen from over 11 classical poets and preceptors.
