This intimate session (limited to just 6 participants) blends the ancient practice of OM (AUM) chanting with breathwork and meditation inside our calming salt room environment.

Your experience includes 45 minutes of dry salt therapy (halotherapy) while you are guided through pranayama (breathing techniques), OM chanting, and silent meditation—creating a powerful synergy for both mind and body.
