This intermediate lifting workshop focuses on identifying and fixing technique gaps in the Clean & Jerk and Snatch through targeted regressions, a deeper mobility screen, and exercises that address the most common problem areas in weightlifting. Participants will leave with practical tools to improve both technique and strength in the Olympic lifts. Worth noting — this would be a lot to absorb for anyone who hasn't had much exposure to the Olympic lifts.

Meet your Coach:
Kyle Minchow has spent the last five years dedicated to helping athletes of all levels discover the benefits of Olympic Weightlifting. With a Master’s in Kinesiology and Sports Science, a Bachelor’s in Community Health & Wellness, and certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USAW Level 1 Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer, Kyle brings both knowledge and passion to every session.
He has coached athletes through collegiate qualifiers and national championships, guided beginners through their first lifts, and developed programs for a wide range of ages and abilities. Beyond the platform, Kyle has years of leadership experience in university fitness program, managing multi-million-dollar facilities, and leading large teams of coaches and trainers.
What sets Kyle apart is his coaching style: charismatic, encouraging, and focused on making training both enjoyable and effective. He’s known for spotting the smallest technical details and providing clear, practical cues that help lifters improve safely and confidently.
