This four-week small group personal training program is ideal for individuals looking to build strength, speed, and conditioning.Led by Tasha Ells, participants will learn the fundamentals of Olympic lifting. The focus will be on mastering the two key Olympic lifts: the clean and jerk and the snatch. These movements are essential for athletes aiming to enhance their strength, speed, and power. They also contribute to improved metabolic conditioning.
Week 1: Introduction to the Clean and Jerk
Week 2: Introduction to the Snatch
Week 3: Clean and Jerk Practice
Week 4: Snatch Practice
The class size is limited to four participants to allow for personalized guidance.
The program runs Tuesdays 6:45pm to 7:45pm beginning on October 15.
