This enriching event will bring together experts, educators, and community members to explore topics centered on health, well-being, and aging. Hosted at ClarkLindsey’s vibrant campus in Urbana, the symposium will feature engaging workshops, keynote speakers, and interactive sessions designed to promote lifelong wellness and personal growth. Open to adults 50 and older, the event reflects OLLI’s commitment to lifelong learning and ClarkLindsey’s dedication to fostering well-being and independence. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn, connect, and be inspired in a supportive and dynamic environment. Plus, there will be a happy hour following the event.
This symposium is free for OLLI members, ClarkLindsey residents, and community members 50+. However, space is limited so registration is required.

- 10:30 AM: 15 minute break
- 10:45 AM: "LifeSpan Health with Insights from Carle Illinois College of Medicine" with Dr. Jaya Yodh, Teaching Professor and Associate Head in the Department of Biomedical and Translational Sciences at Carle Illinois College of Medicine at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and Dr. Samar Hegazy, pathologist and Associate Professor at Carle Illinois College of Medicine

- "Mind in Motion: Dancing for Brain Health" with Susan Aguiñaga, Associate Professor in the Department of Health and Kinesiology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
- 2:00 PM: 15 minute break
- 2:15 PM: Afternoon Keynote: "The Longevity Lounge: Real Talk on Thriving in Later Life" with Deb Reardanz, CEO of ClarkLindsey and Judy Jones, Resident of ClarkLindsey
- 3:30 PM: Happy hour (until 4:30 PM)
*Lunch is a single plated option (salmon quinoa salad). If you have dietary restrictions, we will not be able to accommodate a different plated lunch, but you are welcome to order that day from the ClarkLindsey Bistro (pay on your own).
