This will be a fun introduction into the basics of sugar cookie decorating! Learn everything you need to get started in this sweet art form!Patti, from Confectionery Perfections is here to help! In this 2 hour class, we'll cover beginner to intermediate techniques for sugar cookie decorating, such as wet on wet technique and detail line piping! We will also do some piping practice with Royal Icing, talk about how to strategize the best ways to decorate sugar cookies, and cover the general concepts around dough and icing! Everything you'll need is provided at class along with a live in-person instructor – just bring a smile.
Let’s have a jolly good time and learn some cool techniques and decorate 6 cookies with 4 bags of icing! You'll leave class with a great understanding of the basics and intermediate tricks of royal icing!

- You may transfer class credit to another class until Sunday, December 14th at 8pm. After that, you may pick up your Cookie Kit at my home bakery (located in East Aurora NY) within a week of the class.
