Join me on a tour through the heart of Old Delhi, one dish at a time. We will start with Aloo Tikki Chaat, followed by Aloo Gosht (venison) for meat eaters and Shahi Paneer for vegetarians. Sides will include Punjabi Kadhi (a yoghurt and gram flour curry), Bhune Pyaz ke chawal (onion rice) and Mooli lachha (Mooli salad). The meal will end with Gajar Ka Halwa (Carrot Halwa).
