Join us from 8:30AM to 10:30AM on Sunday, March 15th, 2026, as we work on our native plant garden at the Old City Cemetery! Location
The Old City Cemetery is located at 103 Cherry St, Macon, GA 31201. Free street parking is available.
What to Bring
Dress for garden work (long pants, long sleeves, gloves, hat, work boots). Bring a water bottle and a shovel if you have one. Gloves and tools will be provided, but volunteers are also welcome to bring their own.
Safety & Waiver
Participants must be 12 years of age or older, and participants under 18 years of age must have an adult present. All participants must wear a reflective vest while working.
Participants will also be asked to sign the Georgia Native Plant Society Liability Waiver upon arrival at the event.
Event may be cancelled due to weather or for other unforeseen reasons. Providing your contact information will allow event coordinator to reach you, if necessary, with any additional information or updates.
