Old Albanian Cricket Club Charity match vs Lashings World XI - The rematch

Remember 2024? The hugely successful networking lunch with 400 in a marquee for a 3 course meal and entertainment, followed by a T20 match featuring many world class international legends of the game of cricket.

Well, these stars of the game, enjoyed it so much that they wanted to come back for a rematch and who we are we at Old Albanian Cricket Club to say no.

So get ready for an epic repeat as OACC takes on the mighty Lashings World XI in a thrilling live cricket match!

Gates open 2.30pm, game due to commence 4pm, closing ceremony 7.30pm.

Fundraising on the day will be split between OACC's ever growing junior section and local charity Herts Young Homeless.

We are proud partners with local charity Herts Young Homeless. HYH has been supporting people in Hertfordshire since 1998. Their experienced workers are experts in their field and have directly helped over 900 young people facing homelessness in the last year alone.

Approximately 123,000 young people are facing homelessness in the UK right now. We provide vital services that help to prevent youth homelessness through education, advice and support for young people and their families.

ALL profits from this event will be split between the OACC ever growing, volunteer run junior section and our local charity partners.

All bars will be open.

A food court will be provided by the front of the main building.

Parking on site will be FREE for Blue Badge holders only.

Please feel free to bring your own chairs for comfort. Very little seating will be provided.

NO ALCOHOL is to be brought into the grounds (bars will be open)

NO FOOD is to be brought into the grounds (food court will be open)

Blue badge holders = Free

Main Car Park = £7.50 per car

On site parking for Blue Badge holders will be free of charge to those displaying the badge.

Below is a picture of where the main car park will be. Please display or have your parking ticket available when you drive in for us to scan. These can be purchased on the ticket page of this event. Cars are parked at owners risk

ALL cars must be removed from relative car parks by midnight due to gates being locked

Bus Routes to nearest Stations (St Albans City and Harpenden Station)

Directly outside the main gates are two bus stops, north and south. Further bus stops can be found less than 10 mins walk towards St Albans opposite St Albans Girls School

All these stops have links to either St Albans City Station or Harpenden Station.

We suggest you check bus time tables etc, however, we are aware that the 321 and 721 both go past Harpenden Station north

These bus routes also stop in St Albans town centre for a change onto another bus to St Albans City station.
