Join us! Christ Lutheran Church of Englewood will celebrate the Bavarian festival of Oktoberfest on October 18th from 4-7 p.m. This joyous celebration is a replay of the annual festival celebrated worldwide for hundreds of years. Costumed servers will deliver fabulous German food, including brats and kraut, salads, scrumptious homemade desserts and, of course, ice-cold beer and other beverages to wash it down. There will be a 50/50 raffle with profits supporting the church’s mission, and prizes will be awarded for the best Dirndl- and Lederhosen-costumed guests. The Alpine Buben (Alpine Boys) will provide the music.
Get out your Dirndl’s and Lederhosen! Invite your friends, neighbors, and family, and come dance the chicken dance. Tickets are $25 (adult) and $16 (age 16 or younger). Call 603-475-3492 to reserve tickets.
