Tuning in to your own divine wisdom! In this workshop you will learn a briefhistory of kinesiology, how the autonomic nervous system works and the importance of attuning to heart awareness. Breath work to attune to your heart coherence! We will go over muscle testing techniques and pair up practicing on one another. This class will be 1.5 hours and you will understand how Earth energies work and how they influence us and the biology of your home and its effects on your energy field.
