Hosted by Dr. Wendy Dick and the Lifestyle Medicine Research & Education Institute, this exciting event brings together interactive experiences, live demonstrations, and fun activities for all ages.
What You'll Experience:
- See Your Brain in Real Time - Discover your brain patterns and stress responses through live Brain Snapshots.
- SoftWave Healing Experience- Watch a live demonstration of a non-invasive therapy designed to reduce pain, decrease inflammation, and activate your body's natural healing response.
- Kids Move & Play Wellness Hour (4PM)- Fun, active, and educational experiences including brain games, movement activities, and build-your-own healthy treats.
- Sip Into Wellness Mocktail Happy Hour (4:30-6:00PM)- Enjoy refreshing, health-focused drinks in a fun, social atmosphere.
- Fuel to Flourish Cooking Showdown- Chopped Style (5PM)- A live, interactive cooking challenge where you can watch, taste, and even be a judge!
- SPECIAL HIGHLIGHTS:
- 12PM- Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with the Tulsa Chamber
- Special presentation honoring Mayor Nichols for his leadership and commitment to community wellbeing.
