We're dusting ourselves off & running two special bespoke 90-minute classes over the next two weeks to help you blow out the cobwebs & let out some steam so you can breathe a little lighter going into what we hope, is a beautiful summer period with your loved ones.

HERE'S WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT:
- A 1-hour challenging but truly accessible to all-levels dance class - It does not matter if you can’t dance and we really mean that!
- An additional 30 minute specially crafted workshop that will help you get your head right, let go of all that was 2021 to mentally & spiritually hit the refresh button as we head into 2022
- Expect to connect with yourselves & to have the opportunity to connect with similarly minded womxn - what is more powerful than the palpable energy generated by a group of womxn holding space together in the same space?
- Our core belief system is ‘RESPECT WOMXN’ and that is exactly how you should feel in our company.
- Whether you wanna dance with others or on your own, it’s all about getting out of your head and into your body and letting go of whatever is holding you back.

Please note these classes will be $5 more than a usually priced single class & no multi-class passes will be sold - plain & simple this is to cover costs & to ensure we have budget to give you all some beautiful treats & an unforgettable night.
