Join us for our final series of the year and we're going out with a banger.
Expect (mildly) slutty holiday vibes, surprises and our best work yet.
Our Wednesday night classes include our usual OKNL programming that you've come to know & love but with a little extra spice added for those looking to unleash & to push themselves outside of their comfort zones a little bit further.
For those who want more, consider a double dose of OKNL by attending both the Tuesday & Wednesday night classes - is there a better way to embrace that holiday energy?
Forget feeling awkward, forget feeling anything shameful about yourself and be prepared to sweat, move and appreciate your body and the powerful connection that comes from being in a room of like-minded women.

- What can I expect from our classes? -
** A 45-min challenging but truly accessible to all-levels dance class - It does not matter if you can’t dance and we really mean that.
** We turn the main lights off and use two LED strip lights on the ground, so it feels club-like in all the best ways, helping you to disconnect from the physical space & get inside your body
** We’re not your average white-washed experience with bad cover music, expect a carefully selected musical experience, designed to help you transcend your physical environment and to melt into whatever experience you're meant to have in our class
**Our core belief system is Respect Women and that is exactly how you should feel in our company - held & free. It is our goal to provide a safe and healing space for you.
** Whether you wanna dance with others or on your own, it’s all about getting out of your head and into your body and letting go of whatever is holding you back.
