Welcome to an OIL PAINTING MASTERCLASS WEEKEND with artist Serena Rowe.
Over the weekend we will be covering all things technical to do with oil painting from how to prime boards, to mixing colour to which medium to use, as well as the exciting challenging part of oil painting from mark making to discovering your personal painterly language and how to communicate feelings through paint.
Serena is an experienced tutor and she has been painting in oils for 30+ years.
She is an encouraging teacher who adores sharing her knowledge and aims to get the best out of each of her students.
After the weekend you will have met like minded artists and made friends and connections.
You will leave with an armful of drawings and paintings and a head full of inspiration!
The Anna Lovely Gallery is a well equipped, light and welcoming space in South East London with a lovely garden.
