Do you have the desire to try oil painting or colored pencil art, have been creating art and need a little more instruction and would like to join an engaging community of other artists? Then we invite you to join us for the weekly Oil Painting or Colored Pencil Classes available every Monday at the Mount Pleasant Art Society from 10am – 1pm.
Because Linda understands that life happens, her class is open, meaning you can come when you can and pick up where you left off at any time. You will be working at your own pace so there's no need to hurry or feel rushed. All she’ll need from you is confirmation on the day you plan to come. It couldn’t be easier!
Please note: Linda does not provide pencils or personal supplies. A supply list will be sent to you when you sign up for either class.

Colored Pencil Class also has a one-time fee of $10 for the introductory packet that includes: All paper with printed templates, all worksheets, all reference photos, all helpful hints & instructions for the first ten to twelve lessons.
Linda is a fifteen-year merit award recipient in the Colored Pencil Society of America, past President of CPSA 215, the Dallas/Ft Worth District Chapter and past President of CPSA 222, the Texarkana Chapter of the Colored Pencil Society of America. For several years she served on the board of the National Oil and Acrylic Painters (NOAPS) of America. Linda is a Signature member of the Irving Art Association and has been member of the Mt. Pleasant Texas Art Society over 30 years.
