OhioHealth MS Healthy Habits: A 6-week Program

This is a 6-week program on Thursdays, starting 3/5/26 to 4/9/26.

Managing a neurological diagnosis is hard. Making positive health choices can be harder. This program will empower you to make lifelong healthy choices to improve your quality of life. Learn about Multiple Sclerosis, nutrition, mental health, exercise and social support in this 6-week health behavior change program. Created by an occupational therapist and exercise physiologist, Healthy Habits uses motivational interviewing and active problem solving in a group setting to initiate positive changes and empower a healthier you!
