The OhioHealth EMS Day Out sponsored by OhioHealth Hardin Memorial Hospital. This educational offereing will be in person and online.
PARTICIPANT INFORMATION
CE credit is available for attendees via CloudCME. In order to receive your certificate, you must create an OhioHealth CloudCME account. The organization code is OhioHealth.
A course number will be given to you prior to the event starting and at the end of the event, you will have up to 30 days to claim your CE credit. After 30 days, you will NOT be able to claim your CE.
CloudCME accounts are unique.
Accounts with another health system cannot access our system.
