After some recent developments and official conversations, we decided to make a strategic name change.
We’re not here to argue.
We’re here to screen films.
So we did what any self-respecting underground movement would do—
We went deeper.
Welcome to the first official Ohio Underground Film Festival.
That’s right. March 28th. Burn it into your calendar with a soldering iron.
From 12PM to 9PM, we’re taking over the day with ACTUAL local filmmakers—the real ones. The ones shooting in basements, in cornfields, in borrowed apartments with one working lamp and a dream. And we’re bringing in killers from across the region too. No plastic industry nonsense. No algorithm-approved cinema. Just raw celluloid nerve endings.
Entry is $5 at the door.
Five dollars.
Cheaper than a deluxe box from Taco Bell and significantly less likely to cause regret.
This isn’t some polished industry handshake convention. This is a gathering. A transmission. A signal flare from the artists who still believe in making something strange and necessary. If you’ve ever picked up a camera because you had to—because the alternative was screaming into the void—this is your crowd.
We’ll be unleashing the lineup in the coming weeks. And when we do, you’ll feel it.
