All other Tier's will be 75% payout.

9:00 AM - Tier 1 Doubles (0.00-12.00 CPI)
9:00 AM - Tier 2 Doubles (0.00-8.25 CPI)
11:00 AM -Tier 3 Doubles (0.00-7.25 CPI)
11:00 AM -Tier 4 Doubles (0.00-6.25 CPI)
