This premier event at Wheeling Heritage Port and the Ohio River features two performances by the Chippewa Lake Water Ski Show Team performing spectacular stunts and formations, food trucks (see list below), a foam party, itneractive water and conservation science, activities zoo animals, and more! PLUS raise money for Easterseals by participating to win amazing raffle prizes. GRAND PRIZE RAFFLE
To raise money for Easterseals, we are selling raffle tickets for $20 apiece:
FIRST PRIZE: $4,000 Uniglobe travel voucher
SECOND PRIZE: Two Kayaks and Accessories
THIRD PRIZE: $1,000 Walmart Gift Card
We also will raffle 40+ baskets and have a 50/50 raffle.

2026 Splashtacular Grand Prize Raffle Rules:
1. This raffle is being conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the West Virginia Tax Division. Easter Seal Rehabilitation Center, Inc., has been issued a valid limited raffle license under Account No. 2247-6133, to conduct this raffle.
2. The drawing will take place at 4 p.m. Sunday, June 7, 2026, at Wheeling Heritage Port, 1055 Water St., Wheeling, W.Va. The drawing also will be livestreamed on the Easterseals Rehabilitation Center Facebook page.
3. 1st ticket drawn wins the $4,000 Uniglobe Travel Voucher. 2nd ticket drawn wins the 2 Kayaks + Gear. 3rd ticket drawn wins the $1,000 Walmart gift card. Winners may be required to show ID that matches the name on the ticket stub.
4. Winners do not need to be present if their phone number is on their ticket stub. Absent winners will be notified directly following the event using the phone number provided.
5. All prizes are transferable.
6. Winner of kayaks will need to take kayaks with them from the site that day. If they are not present, they will be called and asked to pick them up that day or make other arrangements.
7. Employees and contract employees of Easter Seal Rehabilitation Center, Inc., are prohibited from winning Splashtacular Grand Prize Raffle prizes.
