Brooks-Powers, NYPD, city agency partners and the Ohel Chabad Lubavitch for a community conversation on the upcoming Summer 2026 pilgrimage to the temple, what the plans are to accommodate the visitors to the site, and how the quality of life in the area will be prioritized during this pilgrimage.
