Paces range from fast to faster to speedy! Fast can be 13:30 Run/Walk to 11:00 min pace. Faster ranges from 11:00 to 10:00 min pace. Speediest runners 9:30 - 7:00 min pace.
We consider training plans, injuries, and ability levels and ensure everyone is paired/grouped together. Routes can be towards Chandler Creek Park, Old Setters Park, or Brushy Creek Trail. After an active warm-up and check-in for the workout plan from 2-6 miles, shorter distances can include hill repeats, stair climbs, or interval drills to keep it interesting. Do only what you can!
Feel free to start earlier if you are familiar with the routes and want to run longer. Stay for the fun!
You do not need to be a triathlete to join the club, but there are lots of perks, events, and discounts! For non-members who want to run on Wednesday but are not ready to join the club, please sign the insurance waiver and run with us!
