Let's get our shakeout on! Join us the Thursday before marathon festival weekend to get those legs moving!
Asics will be demo'ing shoes, UCan will have samples and raffles, KT Tape will be onsite to do complimtentary taping for the weekend, and Eight will be there post run beer!
Before the run takes off, local legend, Dr. Logan Sherman, will talk about the new changes to the course!
