The inaugural Phillip Wagner Memorial Golf Scramble is named in honor of Phil Wagner of the Lorain Police Department. The event in remembrance of Phil is dedicated to carrying on the memory of Phil and providing scholarship opportunities for students in Lorain County, as well as assisting other families impacted by LEO line-of-duty deaths throughout Ohio.
