Dynamic: A fast-flowing class where each breath fuels your movement - this class focuses on flowing through quick transitions and powerful sequence. Perfect for those wanting to challenge their body, improve endurance, and build strength through a faster-paced flow.

Peak Flow: When strength and flexibility come together - this class focuses on building power, control and confidence through arm balances and inversions. Perfect for those ready to challenge their practice and take their skills to the next level
