Hello SCPA alumni,I have officially received the hotel room block link for the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel for the weekend of our reunion. I can finally finish our O'Farrell and SDSCPA 1988-1993 Class Reunion invitation for Saturday, June 28, 2025.
In the Google Doc invitation, there will be a couple options for payments. Full payment of $100.00, two partial payments of $50.00, or five monthly partial payments of $20.00.
The cutoff date to pay for your reunion ticket in five increments of $20.00 or two increments of $50.00 will be on Thursday, May 15, 2025. After May 15th, each reunion ticket will need to be purchased in full at $100.00.
The parking will be free for the attendees during our reunion event from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. (give or take a few minutes to arrive and leave). Please take your parking ticket with you when checking in for the reunion and you'll be given a ticket to get out of the parking garage.
There's room for 150 alumni students and staff (including their plus one) and a small dance floor to fit comfortably in the room. There's also an outside area for appetizers and cocktails.
You will need to provide an e-mail for your reunion ticket receipt or receipts for partial payments.
Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, check, money order, or cash (if you would like to bring it to me).
The hotel group rate for our reunion is $209.00 + tax per night plus $39.00 for parking overnight per night.
Our room block are for the dates from Friday, June 27th until Sunday, June 29th, with an option of adding on extra days. The dates added on will start on Wednesday, June 25th until Tuesday, July 1st.
The price for a hotel room will be significantly higher outside of the dates June 25th - July 1st.
