Patient Support Meeting:If you have had a personal experience with Oesophageal Cancer, we would like to invite you to attend our National Support Meeting in Stillorgan, Co. Dublin on the 27th of September.
The aim is for people affected by Oesophageal Cancer to meet others in similar circumstances and to get some practical
tips from both the experts and the experienced.
Our agenda, as always, is very practical and patient centred, and based on your feedback.
We will hear from guest speakers on diet, well-being and current research (presented by our partners, Precision Oncology Ireland) plus Care To Comfort will be available on the day to demonstrate the benefits of their adaptable electric bed – all welcome to try it out, because sleep issues are a big challenge for our community.
There will be an open forum giving you an opportunity
to ask questions to the panel and to the group, but if you have any particular questions to put on the agenda you can
also let us know in advance at [email protected]
The meeting will be followed by a light informal lunch, and time to chat.
The meeting takes place at 10.30 am - 1.30 pm, with registration from 10am.
