Ordering:
- This is a pre-order only event. Placing a pre-order is the only way to guarantee your meal.
- Only the items listed for purchase are available for sale.
Deadlines and Pick-Up:
- Pre-Order Deadline: Thursday, November 20th at Midnight, or as soon as they sell out.
- Pick-Up Start Time: Wednesday, November 26th, starting at 4:30 PM.
- No food can be picked up earlier than the list date and time (No exceptions).
- Orders that are not picked up by 6:30PM on Wednesday will be forfeited, with no refunds or future pickups available.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be requested by November 21st.
- Request cancellations via direct message on Instagram (@odomsandsonsbbq) or by emailing [email protected].
Other Notes:
- Reheating instructions will be provided with each order and can also be found on social media.
- Please note that there may be a small wait time when coming to pick up your food while we prepare your order.
