SORT SIND
Directly translated as “dark mind”, Sort Sind is the moniker of Danish DJ and producer Jacob Nielsen, under which he explores the depths of raw, hypnotic and textural techno. With a sonic identity built on dark, percussive energy and deep, driving rhythms, Sort Sind delivers immersive experiences that transport dancefloors into uncharted territories.
Inspired by the likes of Regis, Blawan, Ryuji Takeuchi, VSK, Reeko, Spekki Webu, Kaspiann, The Sixth Sense and Slam, Sort Sind’s sets are a carefully curated journey through pulsating grooves, eerie soundscapes and relentless basslines. His deep understanding of storytelling in techno sets him apart, as he seamlessly blends old-school influences with futuristic sound design.
Over the years, Sort Sind has become a recognizable force in the underground techno scene, performing across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, France, Czech Republic and Italy. He has shared the stage with internationally renowned artists such as Tommy Four Seven, Lokier, Samantha Togni, In Verruf, CTRLS, Elli Acula, Sugar, Daria Kolosova, Flavia Laus, Nastia, Juliet Fox, Oktober and Miro von Berlin.
Having spent years perfecting his craft, Sort Sind now focuses on both DJing and music production, continuously refining his sonic expression and pushing the boundaries of his artistry. With a relentless work ethic and an uncompromising vision, he stands as one of the most exciting underground acts to watch.

Electronic experimentalist and sound designer who has performed numerous times at Odeology.
pace+lead breathes a borderless approach to genre, naturally leaning towards the darker and more hypnotic side of the sonic spectrum. His new EP, Slippery Displacement, is no exception — drifting through the tension between transformation and selfhood, wrapped in shadowy textures, punchy metallic rhythms, cinematic, sci-fi-infused soundscapes, and intimate lyrics.
When DJ’ing, he blends his love for groovy, psychedelic, and percussive techno with sharp electro cuts — often weaving in released and unreleased remixes or tracks of his own.

A part of the ODEOLOGY collective and a resident at House of Atmosphere, his sets blends together hypnotic, minimal and groovy techno, creating a sense of intimacy and presence that naturally draws listeners into his world of melodic beats, subtly inspired by the early 2000s hardgroove.
