Celebrate Odd Sock Day with a light‑hearted, sustainable craft session where we’ll transform lonely, mismatched socks into playful sock puppets, cheeky sock monkeys and charming sock octopuses. This relaxed workshop offers a gentle, creative escape, inviting you to unwind, learn simple sewing techniques and enjoy the uplifting pleasure of making something fun and imaginative from everyday textile waste.
We warmly ask everyone to bring along their own odd socks, as their colours and quirks will shape the personality of each creature, and we’ll provide all additional materials—buttons, felt, stuffing and embellishments—to help bring your ideas to life. Whether you’re an experienced maker or simply curious, you’ll find a friendly atmosphere, easy guidance and plenty of room to experiment.
You’ll head home with your handmade creation and the quiet satisfaction of upcycling, crafting in good company and giving forgotten fabrics a new story.
