The Great Plant Swap is coming on October 28, so it is time to dig up and divide plants to bring to the October meeting. The plants should be native to the Cross Timbers region, at least one gallon in size and labeled with the name and growing information. (Go to the state NPSOT Plant Database and print out the PDF sheet for your plant for an easy way to get all the information needed.)If you don’t have plants to share yet, you may purchase a native plant for the swap. This meeting is a lot of fun, and everyone goes home with a new plant! There is some stealing, some trading and always lots of laughter!
All Cross Timbers meetings are free and open to the public.
