Join ASIS Chapter 162 on Thursday October 16th for lunch followed by a presentation and site tour as Mount Royal University shares the recent changes they have made as well as their approach to modernizing their security program.
Summary
With the rise of new technology, security programs are constantly evolving including those protecting our post secondary education campuses.
Manesha Sidhu, Director Security Services will share with us the recent changes they have made at Mount Royal University to modernize their security program through new tools, training and uniforms. Changes that emphasize their commitment to care, prevention, support and reflects the team’s evolving role in fostering a safe, welcoming campus community.
Following their presentation there will be a tour of Mount Royal's Security Operations Center.
ASIS Chapter 162 is inviting students of MRU's Criminal Justice program to attend this event for free (tickets will be limited).
