$October In-Person Christchurch Meeting for people affected by ME\/CFS$

We invite you to join us for our next in-person group meeting in Christchurch on Wednesday, 26th of June 2024 at 1 pm to 3 pm.
We thought that this month we would gather to connect and chat while we do some (optional) art and craft together. Feel free to bring any creative project that you have (that transports well) or select from the basic materials* we will provide or come just to keep us company.
*We provide blank cards, mandala designs, paper, coloured pencils, paint, smooth stones, zen garden trays.
These meetings are a good time to connect with others to share what is happening for you, or to bring a question about living with #MyalgicEncephalomyelitis / #ChronicFatigueSyndrome.
We look forward to seeing you there if this is of interest, and you have time and wellbeing on the day.

✦ The venue is spacious and has comfy lounge chairs and padded side chairs with armrests.
✦ Afternoon tea is from 2pm to 3pm and is a great time to connect with others. Gluten free and dairy free options always available.
