Sherri Silva, the founder of , brings her passion for health and fitness, along with many years of experience in wellness and personal training.
With continued education and certifications in the Lagree Method on the Megaformer platform, Sherri has built a strong reputation as an instructor and previously as a studio manager in Ventura. She has inspired clients through her expertise in high-intensity, low-impact workouts and her compassionate attention to each person’s journey.
A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology also sparks her enthusiasm to care for others and inspires her intuition about others’ life situations and struggles. She comes packed with a lot of energy and loves to share her passion for fitness, health, and feeling good with others.
We will be meeting at the beautiful Ventura Harbor!! We'll enjoy a delicious buffet lunch, support and time to relax. Last minute walk-ins are always welcome!
