Join certified aerial yoga instructors Madeleine McConnell and Amanda Cordes for a beginners class designed for those who have always wanted to try this exciting format! This class will only incorporate postures that are basic, relaxing and rejuvenating, so all are encouraged to release self-doubt or fear, and come give this class a try. Find out what it feels like to FLY and to be supported WITHOUT direct connection to earth! This is a two-part workshop that will partner a 45-min aerial class, with a 45-min rejuvenating and therapeutic Himalayan salt spa sit incorporating Sound Bliss, vibration sound and guided meditation. ✨✨✨ Complimentary herbal teas & cucumber water included.
This is our *second* introductory class in a series of Wild Women of the North Workshops designed to educate and engage women in the sacred arts of yoga, apothecary, ayurveda and such. “The wild woman archetype within a woman's psyche is an expression of her innate, soulful essence.” We must nurture and encourage our way back to within.
