- Nature’s Embrace: Experience the tranquil beauty of our coastal setting, where you can feel the ocean breeze and connect with the essence of the sea while being in the pool or on the side. ( If you chooose to be in the pool you will need to bring a small float )
- Mindful Connection: Let the soothing sounds wash over you, promoting deep relaxation, emotional healing, and spiritual awakening. We will be serving a relaxing Tea to start your relaxation process.

- Time: 6:15- 7:45 ( Please arrive by no sooner then 6:15 for a start at 6:30)
- Location: A beautiful private pool with views over looking the wide open space of Fish Creek Park Sky.
🌈What to bring- Towel & Pool Float if you wish to enter the pool. Please only bring a single person float.
If you will not be going into the pool please bring a yoga mat, pillow & blanket to be comfortable.
