Start your morning the right way. Every Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM, Holiday Inn Resort Jekyll Island hosts free outdoor yoga on the Live Oak Lawn, led by Salt Aer Studios. No registration required. Just meet instructor Elisabeth on the lawn at start time. Towels and a limited number of mats are provided.After class, fuel up next door at 24 Coastal Grill with the All-American Breakfast Buffet for only $19 per person, including your choice of coffee, tea, or juice.
