OCEAN WAVE -or- BEACH SCENE - RESIN POUR CRUSHED GLASS WORKSHOP with Amanda of Creative Retreat!

PLEASE NOTE: ADULTS ONLY - Ages 18+. By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge that each attendee is at least 18 years of age.

This class is not recommended if you are pregnant.

During this class, students will be working with epoxy resin, crushed glass and natural elements found in nature to create your choice of a beautiful ocean wave or a beach scene. Attendees will make their art on a glass white frame. Students will bring their artwork home with them the same evening.

Please note: Resin does not come out of clothing and stains therefore, it is highly recommended to dress appropriately for this class. Everyone will have the option of wearing a smock. Also, gloves, eyewear and masks will be provided.

About the Instructor:

Amanda was born, raised, and currently resides in Northport. She has a BSN in Apparel & Textiles from Oneonta State University, as well as an associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology. On top of her creative studies, she received a BSN in Nursing at Adelphi University and currently works as a registered nurse. Amanda is still very passionate about art, and she also teaches Mandala Art Dot Classes, as well as Crochet, Crushed Glass Resin Pour and other workshops at the Nest.
