Ocean Theme Resin Sea Shell STEAM Workshop
Join us for a hands-on STEAM workshop where kids will design and create their own ocean-inspired resin sea shell art piece while learning about marine life, natural preservation, and simple chemistry concepts.
Perfect for ocean lovers and creative explorers!
Students will:
✨ Learn how resin works and how liquids change into solids (basic polymer science!)
✨ Explore ocean themes, marine habitats, and sea shell structures
✨ Design layered ocean scenes with shells, sand, and coastal elements
✨ Practice color blending to create realistic “ocean wave” effects
✨ Create a one-of-a-kind ocean keepsake to take home
What we’ll do:
🌊 Discuss how sea shells are formed and where they come from
🎨 Mix ocean-inspired pigments and learn safe resin techniques
🐚 Arrange shells, sand, and decorative elements
🧪 Pour and observe the curing process
🏡 Take home a finished resin ocean creation (with care instructions)
