We will begin with a brief guided meditation honoring the Vernal Equinox, reflecting on themes of equilibrium, emergence, possibility, and planting seeds for the season ahead. This threshold moment invites you to step consciously into new growth while honoring the wisdom of the season you are leaving behind.
From there, you’ll be guided into WhaleBreathing, a slow, rhythmic breath practice inspired by the fluid movement and ancient presence of whales. This wave-like breathing pattern encourages emotional release, regulates the nervous system, and creates spaciousness for inner awakening.
As your breath deepens, you’ll rest in a tranquil meditative field that supports integration, softness, and embodied presence — like the first warmth of spring touching the soil.
Throughout the journey, gentle hands-off Reiki healing is woven in to support energetic recalibration, heart expansion, and alignment with your natural rhythm of growth.
