Ocala 2026: Free 21 days of Spiritual Meditation for Peace

Little by little, we practice every day to cleanse our inner subtle system using the powerful techniques of Sahaja Yoga Meditation. This is a spiritual meditation in which we awaken the inner energy that gently brings positive change within us-- making us more balanced, peaceful and joyful. As you participate in daily classes, you will notice increasing gaps between your thoughts and feel more relaxed, peaceful and spiritual.

No prior meditation experience is needed.

Don't worry if you miss any class, we will help you make up on Sunday during one-on-one. Also, daily recordings are available on YouTube.

After the first 21 days of online courses, we hold a few more follow-up sessions and assign a mentor, should you need one. Once participants are ready, an in-person 2-day meditation retreat is held in a few convenient locations, such as New Jersey, Florida, Houston and Vancouver, depending upon availability and interest. There is only a token charge for this retreat, as Sahaja Yoga meditation is always free and run by enthusiastic volunteers.

When the spirit enters into our attention, attention gets enlightened, this is what it is in evolution whatever you get we get it in our attention on our central nervous system. It is not don’t do that… don’t do that… supposing this very dirty place a horse can pass through a dog can pass through but a human beings cannot because they have developed that sense of cleanliness within themselves which the animals haven’t yet developed. There are so many senses which human being have developed, the sense of beauty the sense of color which animals have not developed. But above all there are some special type of people… special category of people whom I call as seekers and these special type of people are seeking the ascent to that state of spirit, they are not satisfied with their human awareness, so they are seeking a higher state and when they become seekers there is a way out in this modern times. The spirit when it comes in to your attention it enlightens you… it enlightens you and on your central nervous system you feel the centers of other people.
