From never consistently practicing yoga to becoming a certified 200hr Yoga Teacher in the past year, my journey has been unexpected & changed the way I move through life
My intention is to bring mindfulness into everyday life & share what I've experienced to inspire others begin their own yogi journey
No experience needed, all beings welcome
I truly believe that inner peace creates outer peace, and your self love is medicine for the world
Join me Sundays at noon in the grassy area near dog beach (Long Branch & Spray) to slow down, tune in, connect with nature & connect with your body
